How to Become an HDS Solution Partner
The primary goal of the Hitachi Data Systems Solution Partner Program is to enable a mutually beneficial business relationship between Hitachi Data Systems and our partners. We believe that by working together to provide storage solutions to our customers, we can add value to each of the products and services we provide.
How to Apply
- The company sends an email to partnerinquiries@hds.com requesting a Solution Partner Application form. The partner completes the form, and returns to the same email address.
- Hitachi Data Systems reviews and evaluates the request and sends an NDA and Partner program agreement to the company.
Engagement & Certification Process (activities may vary depending on the nature of the relationship):
- A technical briefing is scheduled with the partner.
- A software development kit (SDK) and technical documentation is provided to the partner.
- The partner develops, integrates, and tests their solution. HDS personnel are available to provide remote support during the integration and testing process.
- The partner and HDS schedule time to certify the combined solution.
- As the partner product completes the certification tests, the application receives certification approval from HDS.
- The partner solution is announced internally and externally.
- Plan for marketing/go-to-market activities
- Joint marketing deliverables as defined in the “Benefits” section are developed.
