Hitachi Storage Cluster for Microsoft Hyper-V has been fully tested with Microsoft Windows 2008 R2 on both Hitachi modular and enterprise storage systems. No technical changes are required for Hitachi Storage Cluster to integrate with Windows 2008 R2. Why? Because there are no major changes within Windows 2008 R2 relating to the mechanism that Hitachi Storage Cluster utilizes. Documentation updates have been made to ensure that the R2 enhancements are clearly communicated. And our support is readily available through the normal Hitachi Data Systems support channels.
