Hitachi Data Systems Customer Satisfaction Survey 2004 Research Summary
As part of its ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction, Hitachi Data Systems commissions independent research into customer opinions and experiences with its storage and services. For the most recent study, FIND/SVP’s Guideline Research division surveyed nearly 250 HDS customers around the globe.
