What's on Your Mind? Here's a Shortcut to Problem-solving.

You're invited to the Hitachi Data Systems Online Storage Forum...It's a customer-to-customer discussion that's dedicated to uniting data storage users in a friendly, lend-a-hand virtual venue. Join in! This is not a customer support forum.* Instead, it's a knowledge resource and your place to share ideas and offer (or request) help based on your own experiences as someone who works in a storage environment or relies on storage solutions to conduct business.

While anyone can view the content, you must be registered with the Storage Forum to contribute content. If you wish, you can opt in for pertinent marketing information, too. You see, aside from a standard Code of Conduct applied as Web guidelines, the rest of the choices are up to you. Ultimately, this forum will be tied to a variety of relevant Blogs, Wikis, Podcasts, Video and other online media, further expanding your chance to stay in touch with resourceful solutions, remarkable innovations, thought-provoking concepts, and an interesting group of professionals.

The Forum has two sections. One is moderated by Hitachi Data Systems Product Marketing and/or Product Support. Here's where storage administrators and practitioners can discuss product usage, interoperability, industry events, and announcements. The other section of the Storage Forum is devoted to existing user support groups and includes an index of regional user groups. Accessible by invitation only, the discussion groups will be moderated by the Hitachi Data Systems account team. (Your account team will let you know when these regional sections are available.)

We're excited about offering you this new option to stay in touch with others who have similar objectives and may be experiencing similar challenges as well. You can even share information about your own business, within reason. As a matter of course we advise that users do not share personal information. Remember, Hitachi Data Systems is committed to protecting your privacy and your information, none of which will be shared outside Hitachi Data Systems without your consent.
