Jeff Henry leads the Hitachi Data Systems sales organization in the United States, Canada and Latin America. In this role since 2008, he has driven dramatic growth in the region, adding thousands of new customers. His strategic investments have doubled Services engagements throughout the region, and doubled HDS revenues in Canada and Latin America.
Henry is an IT industry veteran with an accomplished career in building and developing highly effective teams. Before joining Hitachi Data Systems, Henry served as vice president and general manager of North American Sales at Unisys where he turned a declining operation into a growing and very profitable business. Henry led the building of a customer-centric sales culture that was based on frequent communication and hands-on management.
Previously, Henry was vice president of Global Accounts at HP with responsibility for a billion dollar operation, realizing profit growth of more than 25%. Henry was regional vice president at Compaq Computer Corporation and at Tandem Computer Corporation, with earlier sales and management positions at Memorex and NCR.
Henry holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing from The Ohio State University and has attended courses in executive leadership and business management at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, and at Babson College.
